I supported the Outdoor Dealer Summit (formally called Cub Cadet Dealer Convention), an annual event bringing together independent retailers to preview new technology and products for the upcoming year. Hosted at the Grand Opry in Nashville (2019), virtually during COVID (2020), Nashville again in 2021, and San Antonio in 2023, the convention required seamless coordination across multiple teams. I managed on-screen graphics, slide advancement during live presentations, props for room set up and all printed materials, including the event programs. I also collaborated closely with executives, the AV crew, the brand team, and other key stakeholders to ensure every aspect of the event was executed smoothly and visually on point.
